Order & Delivery

 

1. When placing order, please ensure every fields are cearly stated with the correct information.

2. Maison de Posh will try our best to display the images correctly. However, there may be colour different due to your monitor resolution.

3. We accept payments via DBS/POSB Internet banking, DBS/POSB ATM Transfer, Paypal & Interbank transfers.

4. We strongly recommend customer to opt for Registered postage as loss for normal postage will not be the responsibility of MDP. Also, regsistered postage is trackable via Singpost. Tracking number will be send upon request.

5. Normal postage cost $1.20 for an item (additional item will be $0.50). Registered postage costs $3.25. Self collection is only available at Compass Point (Sengkang MRT) during weekends/weekdays at Tanjong Pagar MRT.

6. Excess stamp value will not be refunded.

7. Do allow us to response in 72 hours for all enquiries and orders.

8. MDP reserves the rights to cancel any order if payment is not made in 24 hours after order is confirmed. Do allow 1-2 workings days for us to mail your parcel out.

9. Items sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable, unless it is 100% defected. Please kindly email us if item is defected. Return goods have to be in original condition, unworned and unwashed. Items bought more than 7 days are not able to return again.
